It’s a great tv just wasn’t happy that Roku was not on the apps as I was told it was by the salesperson, so I had to go by a roku stuck in order to watch cable thru Spectrum but other than that great tv!

so i wanted to upgrade my daughters TV in their room and this was a great purchase and the price was definitely right. easy to set up and the WiFi is great so they can turn on Netflix in their room.

I haven’t had a tv in a while and I recently purchased this one, I’m pretty happy with it Has a decent sound volume, and a turn off timer, which is great as I listen to rain sounds to fall asleep

It's like High Definition on steroids!!! Two things that need improvement are: the refresh rate needs to be adjusted to eliminate the soap opera affect. The legs on the stand are too far apart which limits table top viewing options.

Bought my son a PS4 Pro for Christmas and wanted a 4k tv to go with it but didn't want to break the bank. It's not a bad tv for the money. The problem is it's just not that bright. I have an old insignia lcd TV that is way brighter and looks very similar resolution wise. The LG is smoother and more detailed but not by much. Out of the box and turned on it's really really dark. To get it lighter you have to go into settings and turn off the energy saving feature. That will brighten it up quite a bit. But you probably can't beat it for the money.

This has all the operating systems as an oled. Lg by far has the best webos. You would be crazy to by a cheap knock off beand intead of this unit. It is perfect for a second tv in another room.

TV was purchased for our vacation home and then installed after the 15 day Bestbuy return period so I had to deal with LG direct. Once the TV was installed on a wall mount and powered up, there was a large light spot and streaks in the middle of the screen. After a back and forth with the LG people who are clearly not in the US (really, your name is Gary?) they had me jump through a bunch of hoops and I finally lost it when they told me I would need to research pixel resetting for the TV on YouTube, and then do that 3 times a day for ten days. I don’t think so Gary! LG scheduled a repair person from a local repair shop to come out, and on the date of service I called the vendor direct only to find out they had received the repair request only that day, and didn’t have anyone scheduled to come as advised by LG. I had to drive the TV 30 miles one way to the vendor because I was leaving the following day and wouldn’t be around to wait for them later in the week. The vendor called me quickly and reported the guts (module or whatever it’s called) had to be replaced and LG would be sending them a RECONDITIONED part. The vendor then calls me after finally getting the part two weeks later and advises they received the RECONDITIONED part from LG and there is a dark line through the middle of the screen. LG’s fix?? Send another RECONDITIONED part out to them. Part received by vendor.....dark line through the middle of the screen AGAIN. Big surprise, you’re trying to use crap that obviously wasn’t working to begin with to fix something else that isn’t working properly.. More than 5 weeks after dropping the TV off and calling and ripping them up several times, LG is supposed to be contacting me after the first of the week (now 6 weeks after dropping the TV off for repair) to either replace the TV with a new one or refunding my money. Let’s just hope they refund my money so I can buy something that doesn’t say LG on it. I only rate this TV one star because zero stars isn’t an option. They’re customer service also rates poorly as far as I’m concerned.

I gave this to my husband as a gift and we have enjoyed it so much! I read tons of reviews on tvs before purchasing and this is the one that best fit our needs and we are so happy we got it!

Purchased this 43” Smart TV to replace a tv i’ve had for several years, am looking forward to setting it up and enjoying the various options. Prior to buying it, i researched smart TVs.

This does it all with crisp resolution. It’s a perfect size for a bedroom niche. My only complaint would be is the WiFi connection is not up to par. Hard wired Ethernet is a must.

I bought this for my wife who is temporarily living out of state to receive specialized medical treatment. The TV worked great right out of the box and she is thoroughly enjoying it.

We bought the TV for our daughter who just graduated and got her first job. looked at different ones and this offered the desired features at a good cost. Great starter for her.

It had been suggested to us to purchase an LG because they had fewer service calls than others, so we tried one. Did not like the format on that one, seemed very confusing. I'm sure this is a good brand, but it wasn't right for us.

Still getting to know this tv. The only problems I still am having difficulty in loading some of the apps I would like. The other weird thing I am trying to get used to is the fact that the screen seems to be kind of dark.

Wish I had known ahead of time that I would need a a Roku in order to load the Spectrum app. LG apparently doesn’t have an “in” with Spectrum like Samsung does. I still like my choice.

Overall this is a good TV, However, this is the 2nd TV as the first one purchased had a vertical in the screen. Took it back and Best Buy replaced it. Just a pain having to take it back. 2nd TV works good, very bright and clear screen.

in less than one year, the wifi broke and we needed a warranty service call. apparently that happens on this model. left me unimpressed with this brand

I've owned this television since August and have yet to run into any issues. It works just fine for Hulu and Netflix streaming, which is all I have used it for.

An amazing phone, everyday I learn something new about it and it always seems to be growing. You could keep this phone for many years without it becoming boring. Great job Samsung!

My husband and I bought this for our bedroom and are absolutely in love with it! The factory settings are dimmer which make it perfect for a bedroom TV. I highly recommend this TV!
