Setup went ok but I had to call Directv to figure out how to get the TV to sync with the cable box. Poor instructions was the issue from LG. When adjusting sound volume the TV speaker will tell you what number the speaker volume is at. I do not know how to turn off this annoying feature. Other than the above issues the TV is very good.

It’s made to be rich darks, which I love with most of the games I play and media on the comp. it’s not for the main living room tv, since the lighting wouldn’t be great for this tv at my place. Get it if you want to watch vivid colors in the dark with clarity, and of u like to play ur games in the dark (movie style)

I could not wait to purchase this, and basically it is fine, picture maybe not 4 times as great as I was told as I had seen on other Smart TV's. When setting it up, I could not get the remote to pick anything but one station. Contacted Comcast to ask about this in case there was something wrong with my remote, and they were kind enough to walk me thru re-setting my Comcast remote so that I could get all of the channels I was paying for. I now get these channels since doing as they said, but can only use the LG remote for settings, etc. I was very disappointed in this issue, also. John & Marlene Patmore

I bought this tv for another tv to use for streaming and playing video games on the ps4. I love the picture for tv and movies. This tv so far is not good at all for gaming. I am comparing it to a Sony which is my primary tv. This tv is unusable for gaming it lags and has very poor response from the game controller. I have tried all kinds of setting changes and it helped a bit but is no where near what it should be. I am seriously considering returning this tv and buying one of higher quality.

I really like Samsung TVs because of their nicer operating system. That being said, I thought that the setup was a bit junky on this TV, but I was able to get through it, just fine. After that was done, apps ran well and wireless was good. Speakers are a bit tinny, but my expectations aren’t too high for the price.

Great tv for the price, will buy it again if need to

We got this TV after discussing the market with a local TV repair man. Had to go to the Best Buy store to pick up. The folks at the store were great and answered all my questions. Had the TV about a month new and it is great, can't beat LG brand.

Great value for a 43” 4K TV at a price under $320.

If you are looking for a perfect picture that is clear from a wide viewing angle you will have to spend more than this. For the price though I still give it 5 stars even though the picture is a bit dim from any more than 40 degree viewing angle.

This particular item was a gift to a family member that recently got a nice apartment. this tv set is fulfilling all the requirements needed for a good entertainment center. she is very happy with it and so is her young child. thanks best buy.
