    We had to replace the first model because it would not stay connected to the wireless; each day we had to re-enter the password to connect. The second set is now doing the same thing intermittently so we are waiting to see if it continues. If it does, we will switch to another brand.

    Can not utilize streaming service from LG tv.

    I would like to utilize streaming service from LG tv; however, LG television states you must update this app to launch it. So, I update app and then it states LG content store, service is temporarily unavailable. Try again later. I have been trying for over a month now.

    I bought this TV because it was a great deal, great price and wasn't a lot of negatives from people. First TV had used 2 whole days and the HDM1 port quit working. Called LG and they told us to take it back for a exchange or refund. 2nd time we exchanged out for the same TV and the HDM1 port quit working in 1 day Took it back and got a refund for something else.

    Don't buy it!

    All three of the HDMI ports have stopped working, The pre-programed Sling buffers constantly and then stops. When I use my ROKU stick (back when the HDMI ports worked) I had no issues with Sling so it must be the TV. I got ripped off buying this one. LG used to be good but their quality has taken a nose dive.

    Bought this, didn't even have it a year (or even hardly more than six months?) before it just stopped working correctly. Replaced it with a much better Vizio. LG may do OLED well, but this was not worth it.

    Great, vivid picture to start with. However,after about 50 days of use, the screen went black and only the sound worked.

      This is definitely not what we expect from our products. Have you tried to power cycle the television? You do this by unplugging the unit, then hold the power button on the unit for 60 seconds. Then plug it back in.     I am so disappointed in this TV. I am only able to make it BARELY bright enough to see. It seems to be getting dimmer also. Will have to contact Best Buy if it gets any worse.

    the sound quality was terrible and the merchant's advice was to buy a soundbar, which increases the cost beyond my budget

    After 2 weeks the TV is no longer working. The power to the TV is out and the Geek squad will not be able to make a service call until one week from now.

    WiFi Quit working after 15 months

    After 15 months the WIFI will not recognize any available connections. This LG says to turn WIFI on, however, there is no option to turn it on in the settings. It was a good TV when it worked but not a good TV for $20 a month over the life of it.

    Had nothing but problems with this tv over the year, Had two Different service companys come to repair and issues was never fixed. Finally got lg to refund my money with a return of the tv.
