I love this TV it’s my first smart TV I love it so far very easy to use and great picture

Good sound great picture lots of good features the only downside to this TV is the App Store it lacks a lot of app that and the menu interface you have to go into too many menus just to get into simple things like Bluetooth you have to go into three different menus just to link a Bluetooth device to the TV other than that the tv has a great picture Great Sound great refresh rate for the price

We needed to replace our tv when ours died. This tv's initial set-up was difficult if you are not tech savy. When choosing language during set up we somehow ended up with Chinese language and could not get it to change to english. After working on it for over an hour it finally went to English but we have no idea how we did it. We were ready to give up . I guess we aren't "smart" enough for a "smart" tv! Great picture quality though. Happy with it once we got it set up!!

After doing relentless online research we selected this flat screen TV. We were replacing a 14 year old Magnavox. The difference is astounding. It has a great picture and many modes so you can select your viewing preference. Hooking up our DVD/VCR was a piece of cake. The remote is easy to use. I'm waiting for another sale so we can get another for upstairs. We are very happy with our purchase.

This TV has great color and picture sharpness. I was very pleased with the sound quality. The sound is much better than my previous HD TV. You can actually hear a base component in the sound. This unit is well suited for a medium sized room. There is plenty of viewing area without dominating the room. There is a shortage of A/V inputs if your CD,DVD and VCR are older and do not have HDMI outputs.

I wanted a tv in my garage but didn't want to put a cable outlet in, since this T.V had the Roku I thought I would give it a try . I downloaded the Xfinity app from the Roku store and get the same channels as I get in the house with about a 30 second delay but that's ok. The sound quality could be a little better but what do you expect for the price. It has a good picture quality. I am planning on buying another one for my office in the near future. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

So I walked in after having a spot to fill with a tv. I told the associate that i have samsungs and like them alot but I just need a great 4K tv around 40inches that is well priced. we walked around and was recommended the LG. it was a great price and seems to be near the top for specs in that size range and price. The associate was not wrong, this is a great TV and i am very happy

I am so impressed with this TV. I love so many features about it especially where I can surf & still see what going on in TV land. I didn’t realize it didn’t hythe magic mic which I got excited about but that’s ok. It’s a reasonably price 4K TV that works for me. The one thing I didn’t like was the weak legs probably because my other TV has a base that doesn’t have me nervous about it falling.

This Tv has a good picture and is fairly easy for my 92 year old mother to use.
