I love this tv. I actually bought 2 of them. The one my son uses has pretty much been on for 12 hours a day for over a year playing video games. Hasn’t missed a beat.

These were purchased to create a "memory wall" for wife with dementia. They were to create changing photo frames of family photos, paintings, and our travel adventure photos. Discussions with your TV guru confirmed my info that Samsung TV's would not work as ALL Samsung TV's in range would respond to any Samsung controller signal. Unfortunately, the SAME is true for LG TV's. LG "smart" controllers would appear to be capable of being "registered" to a specific TV, but all 3 of my LG's respond as radio waves rather than light beams are used. Makes it possible to control the TV by pointing anywhere, but a poor tradeoff. I've had to tape a a box over the receivers on the 43" photo TV's and hold the controller to an open slot in the rear of the box. Very cumbersome as the bases of these TV's are 7 feet high to fit on the wall above the 65 inch OLED. Haven't completely exhausted internet and LG sources, but so far a reasonably functinal solution has evaded me. But for the controllers the TV's would get 5 star ratings.

I've enjoyed my new LG telivison second LG I've purchased from Best Buy. I plan on purchasing another LG in the near future. Thank you for the great customer service at the Sacramento Natomas store!

This TV is amazing! All the great features you would want in a smart tv. One of my favs is the built in web browser. If you’re looking for an amazing tv and a great price this is the one!

This TV is fantastic. I used to be a Sony man, but I’m over those dudes. LG spanks them. Fantastic image quality without ever being over-saturated.

Best Buy delivered the TV. mounted it, set up the electronic and Wi-Fi connection, and took the old TV. It was done quickly, efficiently and with no drama. Bravo Best Buy and your people!

At first I was underwhelmed. But the tv has had quite a few updates and it has improved greatly. Plus I’m running off a wireless cable box which I’m sure hinders quality too.

I bought this TV for my son's room and it has been a great choice. It has a very easy to use UI and is great quality for the price.

Great little TV for use with over the air broadcasts and streaming content. Lots of streaming channels, apps and AirPlay support built in!

This TV had spectacular picture quality until 28 days after purchase, when it spontaneously quit connecting to our wifi, even though laptop, cellphone, and tablet still connected. Read through LG forums, and this has been am ongoing issue since 2016, at least. Geeksquad were unable to fix, referred me to LG, who was unable to fix. So I called my very bright, high school diploma only son, who has never worked in the tech industry. He fixed the issue in about a minute. Your sales reps should perhaps refer consumers to a different brand, since this issue has been occurring since 2016, that I could find, and LG has not resolved it!

We‘ve had our new tv for a month now and have no downsides to report. We are still learning how to use all the functions available, but so far so good. Recommended.

Yeah, I could have gotten something better but from the quality here it's a pretty decent jump in price to the next tier for incremental improvement. I'm pleased thus far.

Great TV with an excellent 4k resolution. My only problem is the remote and it's weird design. It felt like who ever designed it was trying to get on peoples bad side.

I must say, I was truly shocked by this TV. The resolution and definition are something you would expect in a more expensive TV. Can't go wrong with this purchase

I had to replace an LG 49" because lightning ate it and as it is, I didn't have a replacement plan. I learned a few years ago that for us LG is the only way to go.

Love my LG television and want another!!! I can’t wait! It is so smart that all I want to do is watch television! Thankful to be retired!

No problems for the first month then we started having the sound go off when watching shows. Tune to another channel then back and the sound comes back sometimes for the evening sometimes for just a few minutes. It doesn’t happen everyday just sometimes. Very frustrating.

Amazing quality for the price, the new LG thing is great app with this TV surely you need to use it. App on the TV is great as well

I have a LG TV in just about every room and in my shop. I have never had any issues(knock on wood) in the last 6 years with any of my LG tv`s.

I actually use this television for a 4K camera system and the details I am able to see in the video is unreal. No complaints with this TV.
