    This TV is nice for the price, although it's not much to look at the Smart aspect of the TV is pretty nice. I prefer a shinier case but for the price, it's ok.

    Got as gift for my mom. Since we are technically challenged it was frustrating to get set up and programmed as desired. Remote doesn’t work as it should so will need to figure that out.

    Instructions for set up are far too brief. Had to call manufacturer twice for additiional assistance with how to use the controller.

    For the money great tv. Has better color than my Samsung that I paid 200 more for the same size tv, that was also a model higher.

    This is a good smart TV. The setup was not easy, it does not plug and play the TV but goes to streaming options, setup and logins. Menu layout is not straight forward.
