Watched a bit of tv thru Direct TV … turned off... a couple weeks past and I wanted to watch a show on Netflix.... turned on, tried to pull up Netflix... wouldn't work... none of the apps worked. Ended up having to call LG service techs... they talked me thru some steps and problem seemed to be fixed.... After, Hulu and Amazon Video wouldn't work either... Had to recall, LG … to talk thru again a 'fix' … A few weeks later, tried to watch Amazon Video again, wouldn't play.... A third call to LG and a third walk thru to fix the problem and all seemed good. Now I am on my 4th time and the apps aren't working again, only this time the entire TV isn't working. LG techs tried to access my TV remotely and even that attempt failed as they weren't able to even access the TV thru the portal they have built into the TV... Now I have to call back a 5th time to techs with more 'knowledge' (level 2 techs), tomorrow to see if they can figure it out. If not, I have to send in a 4 month old TV to be repaired...Sadly, I can't return the TV to get my money back. Otherwise, I would. piece of crap TV... don't buy one ….
