I bought this tv and it constantly loses the WiFi internet connection. I know it’s just the tv because nothing else hooked to our WiFi ever has this problem. We have to constantly reboot the tv and reset it to factory settings to get it to work. Will not be purchasing an LG tv ever again

we hung the tv, we realized the screen was cracked

Our contractor hung the tv on the wall. He did not pay attention but when we looked at it, we realized that there was a problem - looked like bubbles on the bottom of the screen. We tried to exchange the tv but were told that once a tv leaves the store, the store is not responsible for the screen. We have a brand new, dead tv that we paid almost $400 for. I have no idea of the quality of the tv, value or its ease of use, since I never used it.

Navigation on this product is an unreasonable pain, not logical or intuitive. I basically figured it out and hate it; my father still has lots of trouble with it, which frustrates him... and he hates it even more so than I do. Not a good product for older folks, people with disabilities, weak eyesight, shaky hands, or bad with technology. Not user friendly. On a side note... Best Buy did not honor their rewards program points associated with this purchase... customer service was far worse than the product itself.

I Bought this LG TV a few weeks ago. Thankfully I got the geek squad protection plan because the TV turns off intermittently by itself. The TV is less than two weeks old and I already have problems! I am not happy about this.

Good TV for 2 years, then everything white on the screen turned light blue. Quick google search returned countless reports of this problem with LG TVs. Apparently they use cheap backlights. Shame. I expected better from LG.

Great 4k PC Monitor, Decent 4k TV for Movies/Shows

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

Like what many have stated, this TV is really good as PC Monitor, even for fast paced games! This TV'S input lag is comparable to a monitor so you won't feel any delays. Just make sure you set the input icon as "PC". If you'll use this primarily as a productivity PC Monitor, you won't be disappointed. It even works for PC gaming but I highly recommend having the right PC Hardware for it to truly enjoy this TV for gaming. Now onto the average stuff. If you're a budget cinephile that watch a ton of movies and TV shows, this TV isn't for you. This TV has acceptable contrast ratio and it isn't bright enough to do a decent job implementing HDR. I'd say this TV's overall picture quality is "OK" but if you're looking for the best picture, go for the Vizio M437-G0 or the Hisense H8F instead but those TVS has it's own problems. If you can look past it's flaws, go for those TV instead. I was actually thinking of returning this TV for the above mentioned alternatives but it has been more than 15 days so I don't think I can. So conclusion: This TV is the best bang for your buck as a 4K PC Monitor even with subpar HDR and average picture quality.

    Issues with Xbox One X

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

I'm hoping this is all User error, but I've been troubleshooting the past couple of days with no success. In the Xbox One X 4k details, its showing alot of warnings (attached screenshot). The X1X is going through my Elgato 4k capture card in my PC, then to the LG TV. This shouldn't be an issue though because I had no problems on my old Samsung TV. I'm not sure if it's the HDMI cables, but I also think it is not because I'm using the same cable as I did on my old Samsung TV. The menu isn't as "User-friendly" compared to my old Samung TV either. Lastly, the image quality on my X1X games are good, but not as good as my old Samsung TV. I'm going to keep troubleshooting the settings and hopefully I'll have an updated (better) review in the next few days. Otherwise I might have to return it.
