    The app arrangement and functionality are not intuitive therefore difficult to navigate. The picture quality is fair given the TV’s price point.

    The picture is faded when not right in front of the TV. We are having a new upgraded cable boxinstall next week that we were told would help with a better picture. WE are being chsrged $199 to have someone come out and hook the csbbe box up eve though we are Brst Buy total ,e,bers.

    Had it 4 moths and started having issues does not like to play my Apple TV very well seems to be choppy and loses connection

    I thought the picture was very dark. I did not like it at all. The Ergonomics Month of it and their app set up was much difficult than the Samsung. I love my Samsung. I got the Samsung 8000.

    Disappointed, didn’t know it would give problems syncing with specific cable companies. Felt like we were going backward in time. Such an inconvenience to set this TV up then had to undo it all and fetch it back to Bestbuy.

    I returned this TV because it has a poor viewing angle. When viewing from ether right or left edges the picture quality fades.

    The TV takes about 2 minutes to warm up and become available. The picture isn't clear as I expected. The TV doesn't come with an operating manual like all of the rest of TV's I have bought did.
