    Purchased new in box, 2 weeks later shuts off randomly, took back to bestbuy, they sent it out fir factory repair, it came back with a mew motherboard, now alot of the sound functions that worked before don’t work. Contacted bestbuy again, now they tell me I have to contact the factory?? Why would you sell a product that the facdors not stand behind??

    I have a different nanocell that i bought a few years ago works so well but this one is complete crap. Constantly disconnecting from wifi extremely slow takes me 10+ min just to get to what i wanna watch. And it randomly turns off or goes to a dim black screen and wont turn off.

    Picture is.no good. My old Panasonic tv which quit after 25 years was much better

    I hate this TV and regret buying it every time I turn it on. It's called a smart TV, but it is really dumb and wasn't designed with the user in mind. I'll have to buy a Roku unit so I don't have to use the interface that came with this TV.

    TV Disconnects nonstop from Wi-Fi

    This TV is really annoying, all it does is keep disconnecting from the Wi-Fi nonstop. Watching Netflix for 30min bam disconnected. I have tried everything to fix this issue. I cant return the TV as its outside of the return date

    Did not get good picture quality. Most I did not like this TV was it’s stand, very difficult to install TV stand plus it was not strong enough.

    The quality of the pictures was poor . The color needed to be adjusted each time you changed the channel. .when set to full screen after of the picture was cut off.

    TV was a bust - Screen was a blur when you moved about 2-3 ft either side of center - Sound was terrible - Had to return it.

    Tv was damaged when they came to install so they ordered us a new Tv but it is Samsung

    I'm very happy with this tv. It is a replacement of one I purchased from Best Buy years ago--identical brand; I loved the original one, and I'm loving this one. Picture and sound quality are excellent.
