Had to get a replacement TV quickly for an Airbnb studio. Ordered the TV online. Drove to pick it up and was in and out with my purchase in 5 minutes. Easily installed and was able to keep the existing mount.

Totally Bummed

We were really disappointed however because this particular LG TV would not stay connected to the WiFi. We tried to give it a few days because we really wanted it to work out. After much research, we discovered it was a known issue with this model. We tried all the fixes and finally had to take it back to the store. Bummer!

If your router has 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, connect the TV to the 2.4 GHz band. Although 5 GHz is faster, 2.4 GHz offers a longer range and better wall penetration, ideal for bedroom setups. Changing the DNS server can fix connection drops. Go to Settings > All Settings > Connection > Wi-Fi Connection > Advanced Wi-Fi Settings. Select Edit, uncheck "Set Automatically," and manually enter IP Address@1 (Google's DNS) in the DNS Server field.
