    Most of time bugging. Sometimes freeze up between watching something. Picture quality is great. It just act or gonna feel you like a windows 7 computer more than a TV!!

    iOS, computer freezes up

    The sound will completely go out, the picture will freeze, the TV has to be reset constantly. This is a brand new TV and not refurbished. It has many computer glitches.

    After having this TV for a few weeks and disposing the box it stopped allowing the WIFI to work with my router. All my other electronic devices had no problems just this TV. I would not recommend.

    Dissappointed that i cant seam to watch my old programs. Im not us e to a smart tv. Not sure if its operator error or layout of the tv otherwise great.

    Damaged and Best Buy denied return

    Product was damaged and you could tell in the box it was from shipping with the strap on a pallet. Best Buy refused to replace the TV or refund even after the website stated, I was still in my window to return the item. I’m not upset about the tv itself, but more so Best Buy and their customer service and their return policy.

    Don’t buy this. It the worse ever. TV very slow and hangs when you open app. This is really useless. I did not know that I only have 14 day to return, I always know that it’s at least 30 day, so I will try my luck at the store and see if they will give me credit or swap the TV. I never had any problem with Best Buy, this is the first time.

    TV doesn’t respond to the remote

    From the very beginning, after pairing the remote and setting up everything when I hit the volume button, it will go all the way up, and when I hit the volume down button, the volume will go all the way down. The same thing happens with the homepage. It either goes all the way up, or all the way down. It started working correctly for a while and then it starts doing it all over again I will never buy another LG TV
