Totally Bummed

We were really disappointed however because this particular LG TV would not stay connected to the WiFi. We tried to give it a few days because we really wanted it to work out. After much research, we discovered it was a known issue with this model. We tried all the fixes and finally had to take it back to the store. Bummer!

TV very slow and hangs when you open app. This is really useless. I did not know that I only have 14 day to return, I always know that it’s at least 30 day, so I will try my luck at the store and see if they will give me credit or swap the TV. I never had any problem with Best Buy, this is the first time.

DO NOT BUY

The tv is less than a month old and now I have to deal with the manufacturer or loss the $ spent. The Tv will not connect to our network, keeps trying to install netflix, which fails, and will not connect to any other platforms that came installed. LEMON

Your company is terrible

However, this amount was not deducted off my Best Buy credit card statement. I called. Then I was told that I was personally required to go online and claim the discount and that it had to have been done within 20 days of the purchase. As I was beyond 20 days, the $200 off would have to be applied to a future purchase. Basically, I view this as a scam. I have canceled my credit card and will no longer purchase any electronics from your company. Between sending 2 separate install companies (1 at the beginning of the day and 1 at the very end of the day) to install the 2 TV’s purchased and the credit card scam, I am done with Best Buy.

Never worked!
