The problems with getting a TV to work properly

The set up wasn't too difficult to accomplish. It was dumb luck that I was finally able to set up my soundbar. You can only use preset picture modes & can not individually set tint, brightness, sharpness etc. which is not acceptable. Only the vivid mode gives a decent picture & it uses more energy. I keep losing the picture. The HDMI TV input & the HDMI cable are lose. Poor TV design. I keep losing my wi-fi connection. Is it the TV or a wi-fi problem? I need help but who do I call? LG, Best Buy, Geek Squad, or Spectrum Communications. I need to use 4 different remotes for the TV, cable box, soundbar & DVD player. I wish you a lot of luck finding a better TV. I spent 3 month fighting with Samsung Electronics to get a refund for my previous TV because the HDMI module unit burned out & they refused to repair it under warranty.

After a week I returned it because.. 1) No Bluetooth -- despite displaying 2020 on the box, this model for some reason does not have Bluetooth. 2) Picture image not nearly as good as suggested by other reviews. My replacement was a comparable Sony. Pricey, but worth it.

It was dark, colors were all off, contrast was terrible. I tried resetting several times, tried help from customer service. Nothing made it better. I realize it's an economical TV, but it was unwatchable. Maybe it was just a bad set, but when I returned it, no one asked what the problem was, they just took it back, so I guess I'll never know it the TV is bad, or it was just that particular set. Now I have a small Sony, and the picture is amazing
