BB and LG NO! HELP! Could not return after 15 days, (I did not know this policy) which I spent fiddling with tech support. LG support in turn told me it's a board problem, return it. BB would not allow the return at 22 days. The picture is terrible and calibration seems to be impossible. Navigation through any "menu" is an atrocity. So this is sitting next to the box in the living room waiting for ??? No more LG or BB (BAD Buy) for this family. Sound is good,
