The only issue we have with this tv is the picture adjustments. The brightness, contrast and all the pre sets don't allow us to have a nice picture. Our previous tv was a TCL that stopped working but its picture was better than this tv.

The image on this tv is only clear if you are not at an angle to it. Appears blurry if you are off to the side. Even changing the specs to “vivid” did not help. Disappointed as my older, cheaper tv had a better pic. Too late to return.

TV works great, however, for some reason you are prohibited from downloading or accessing the Spectrum TV App, making this TV unusable without a ROKU or Chromecast stick. Had to return TV and find a brand that is compatible with Spectrum.

This product is sub-par. The best thing it has going for it is that it has three HDMI ports and two USB ports. the UI is overly simplified to to the point where simple feature present on cheap analog TVs are missing in this one. Can't adjust the brightness, can't adjust tint, red/green ratio etc. It's not even possible to disable the feature that tries keep everything running at 60 fps. This TV is fill with unnecessary features and missing the basic essentials in settings customization. If you're thinking this won't bother you, you're wrong, because it definitely will.
This TV is not worth purchasing, save your money and buy a better product.

The picture was not as sharp as I had expected from a LG product. Maybe I need to have it calibrated to improve the picture quality. Otherwise easy set up, worked right out of the box.

Service was nonexistent. Had to search for an associate to help us after we made our decision. Took at least 5 minutes and finally found an uninterested associate. Very unpleasant!

This 4K UHD tv has a worse picture quality than my old 1080p Samsung. If this thing is 4K I'm the king of Norway. Plus you can't adjust the picture like most other TVs. Yes, it gives you several pre-set picture quality parameters depending on what you're watching or conditions(low light, bright light, etc.) but unlike other TVs this one doesn't allow for further refinements of tint, contrast, sharpness, etc., so that's frustrating. I guess the most positive thing about this tv is that it's cheap. Duh.

Very disappointed with this tv. I did some research on this tv before purchasing but did not think the contrast was going to be as bad as it is. The tv is mounted high on the wall in our bedroom as there is no other place to mount it and the off angle viewing makes the picture even worse. The blacks grey and image is very washed out. We tried all the different picture settings and none of them seemed to help. The tv was also slow to respond to commands when going through menus and apps. Will be returning.

Was smaller than 43" wide as they never said to measure the
TV diagonal. Plus charged me $6 recycle fee. TV was delivered. Called Best Buy they don't know why the charge.

First TV had broken display. I had to go back and get a new one in store. Took a very long time to do this. There were only 2 people in line ahead of me. Second TV is ok.

I don't care for what appears to be an over boosted picture very reminiscent of a bad picture tube in old TVs. I've tried the various picture settings with no positive results. I also do not like the smart TV component of the TV. The controls are awkward and LG channel arbitrarily stops a show and changes to another show. Just junk. I like Roku TV we have used in the past, Overall, I am marginally satisfied with LG UHD TV. It certainly not worth the money I paid for it.

It only lasted a little over a month and this tv suggested by an associated ended up being a piece of junk. Picture was good until it just started picture was just going off and on, the tv was cheap but for only lasting a month it ended up being a expensive and a hassle. I am returning this and if I have any issues this will be my last purchase here!

I love LG products but this review is about the store experience. I haven’t even turned the TV on yet since delivered 12/7, was sold out 11/28 when I bought it. I was told there were mounting screws in the TV, NOT! Called the store 3 times, no one answered 12/31, said they were open until 7PM. One time on hold 30”. Can’t put it on my fireplace mounting, no one even on the Best Buy website chat. Just frustrated with not getting any help!
