    This TV is ok in a rush, but I feel the picture quality is not good and too many things to do to switch from channel to channel

    Although the price was fair, the picture quality is also fair. Can not get true white. It is more of a brown white.

    It is Ok for the price, they still need to work a lot on the quality of the image considering this is supposed to be a 4K.

    Figured this TV would be great but quality was just very poor. I tried everything to fix the picture; the brightness etc. Better off returning and buying a more expensive one.

    I'm not too terribly impressed with this LG. For being a UHD TV, I thought the colors would be more impressive i.e., richer, deeper, more vivid, but I am sadly disappointed. The only upshot, is that this TV will be a in bedroom, and not the main TV in the living room.

    Can't get the color correct. Everything seems purple. I adjust the tint, color, contrast, etc, but nothing changes.

    This tv wasn’t compatible with my insignia sound bar for some reason. I liked it but I had to exchange it for a bigger size

    Tv Showed up cracked, after calling in return the agents were not very detailed had to make 3 calls over a week period, in the end nothing went as they said it would. Was supposed to be contacted for pick up. Guy shows up without contacting me 1st (luckily I was home). Return was fast tho.

    I wanted to like this TV, but I just didn't. The picture was awful. No matter the setting, they all seemed very dark. Also it wouldn't turn on right away when you hit the power button, sometimes not at all. The setup was very simple. You're definitely paying for the LG name. I returned this TV after a week and got a nicer, bigger one for around the same price.

    The sales lady promised me this unit, LG 43UN7000PUB has Bluetooth and influenced me to buy it. It does not have bluetooth. I am a disabled person. I hired someone to install the TV on the wall. I've called Best Buy to help solve the problem like, get me a bluetooth adapter. No reply yet.

    I don't know if the one I got was but, but the color looks absolutely awful! I spent an hour trying to do a calibration and still just looked like garbage. I was really excited to get this TV, but instead had to make another trip to best buy to exchange it. Instead I got the 43" Insignia 4K Fire TV and would highly recommend it over this TV.

    TV won’t turn back on after 3 months

    I bought the tv on 9/13/2020. I was watching football today (12/13/20) and the tv shut off and won’t turn back on. I ran all the troubleshooting steps that LG says to do to no avail. Unfortunately, I need to get a technician to come check on my tv after three months. It’s too bad because the first LG I bought has lasted me 12 years and the one this replaced lasted 10 years while this one lasted exactly 3 months.
