This is a horrible TV. The remote is hard to use, the screen is blurry. I cant bekive i paid this much for a tv that i can barely stand watching nevermind having to look down at the tiny buttons every time you want to use the remote.

TV took forever to connect to the Wi-Fi, as in 10 minutes every time! Didn’t matter how close to the router it was, it just wouldn't connect. Then, just over a year after we bought it, it has stopped working altogether. Won't even turn on. Such a waste of money.

Poor Picture Quality.

The picture quality is fuzzy at times. Not crisp and clear. My 27 yr. old Panasonic box style TV has a better picture! I would not buy LG ever again. There was little choice at the Best Buy in Bowling Green, KY. Very few TV's on display and the clerk was not much help answering questions.

Worst tv ever. My older (and cheaper) tv worked better and lasted longer. Hasn’t even been a year since I’ve owned it and it stopped working out of no where (black screen). I scheduled a repair because it was still under warranty and it’s been one month and I STILL don’t have a working tv, they took my tv because they needed to order a part for it and I still have no updates on when I will have it back. Every time I call they can never give me an estimated time, they say they will call back and never do. I never take the time to write a bad review but since it’s my day off and I STILL HAVE NO TV. I have the time today. Spend your money on Samsung instead because LG is the worst.

Returned immediately when I discovered (nowhere was it mentioned by Best Buy or LG) that this TV is not compatible with all apps such as HBOMax! Don't think that a Roku stick will help you because it doesn't.

Sometimes it won’t turn on, we have to unplug it then plug it back in to get it to turn on. Other than this so far everything else has been fine. Would probably return it, but don’t have a way to right now.

Great quality and plenty of inputs/outputs. Unfortunately I ran into a problem with the power supply such that after about a year I was unable to turn on the tv. Stands were also difficult to install without it being wobbly.

If you just want a flat screen tv then this could be yours but if you know a little bit about TVs and new technology don't even bother.
I returned it next day for a Samsung, same specific and it was the best.

I bought this TV in order to "cut the cable". The Smart TV remote/features were very hard to navigate. Even my "techy" daughter did not like it. I returned it and purchased a 43 inch TCL and am very happy with it.
