The size and weight are as expected. We have a DVD player, one of the reasons we chose LG, was so they could "talk" and the remotes would control easy other but no. The coloring and brightness is VERY disappointing. There are 8 auto settings all make everyone look like they have black eyes. Manually adjusted, they are all washed out and colorless. The sound at full 100 is barely loud enough to be heard over the fan white noise.

Do not buy this television. It has the worst picture I have ever seen. The settings do very little to adjust the picture. I previously had a Samsung UHD 4K so I may be accustomed to a good television but I also have 3 small LED smart televisions which are far superior to this thing. I feel like I was totally ripped off and I would return the television but I threw out all the original packaging.

It had a great picture for about 5 minutes, then the picture failed. Had to unmount it and return it for a more expensive Samsung. So far so good. Easy to exchange at Best Buy - support was very good.

Bad color

I got this LG tv because I have loved my other tv. However after getting it home and setting it up, the color was way off. I compared the settings on both LGs to ensure the settings were the same, which they were. I could not get the color to look normal and not have an odd pinkish tint to it. I returned it and went with a Samsung. Much better results than the LG. The LG I bought might’ve just been a bad apple though.

Piece of junk, but the sales clerk told me it was junk cheap, and there was a stack of them returned. I took my chance bought it 12/15/20 and it crapped out on 2/16/21..lol..wasted my $250, too late for a return. Sales clerk warned me to AVOID LG cheap products! I am going back to Samsung. Ugh.

TV gets stuck on startup

Well, 3 weeks ago, I would have given this 5 stars. Now I am about ready to toss it in the garbage. The TV has been stuck on the start up logo for weeks. There are thousands of people complaining about this issue online. I have tried everything the LG website says to do including trying to install new firmware. Support seems to be impossible to get in touch with so I have no idea what to do now. If you buy one, good luck.

Beware!! This is Not a true 4K, UHD TV. It is really a 1080p (HDCP 1.4) TV. I could not get my cable or my Roku Stream Bar to recognize this TV as 4K. When I forced the TV into 4K the whole screen went green. This is an old technology TV that LG is trying to pass off at current technology. Don't waste your money or time with this TV.

I owned 4 LG tv's over the past 20 yrs and i've got to say they have gown downhill bigtime, this is total crap! Pic goes blurry, color is WEAK, there is no balance between bright and dark you can pick way to bright or to dark so after spending hours messing with the settings i give up and going back to Sony or Vizo witch i own both of in other rooms and never had problems with those brands.

They Did not have one like this one set up so I couldn’t see it perform but I liked another one and was told that this one for less money the picture was equal well the picture is nowhere close to it and I replaced a TV with the same quality of the picture and the TV was much less in cost.

After quite a few useless phone calls to LG’s customer service department, they finally consented to have our TV picked up and brought to an out-of-state repair shop. That was close to a week ago and we still have no idea when, if ever, we’ll ever see the TV again. Will NEVER consider buying another LG.

I bought this brand new TV on February/2021 for my bedroom, in August/2021 the TV damaged for no reason and needed a huge procedure by LG technician, He took it to work Shope replacing everything pretty much, I requested a refund from LG as I was not happy and they rejected and decided to fix the TV only.

I chose delivery and the tv came early which was great but it came in with a cracked screen and I bought the TV wanting to mount it on my wall but no one had told me it wasn't mountable. Its mounted at the store so I assumed I would be able to mount it but it only has a stand option.
