I was pretty disappointed with this TV.
The setup took a longer time, than other TVs. And, I've set up a few recently.
The thing that bothered me the most, was that it asked for a zip code. Why? I don't understand, why it is "needed."
It shouldn't matter what my zip code is.

On December i bought a 43 inches LG smart tv but one month later it started to make weired noises then I took it to a best buy store and they wanted 100 dollars just to tell me what's wrong with it plus whatever the cost of fixing it,i think they sold me a defective tv

I’m disappointed. I LOVED this television at first but now the television has died. It will not turn on.
It started turning off and I thought maybe it was the cable box. Well it’s turned off completely and it won’t tune on!

I was dusting the table my tv was standing on and it tipped over and the screen broke. The little legs it comes with didnt fit. Thry were defective. Im still making payments to thus day on this tv.

Three weeks after my purchase two vertical lines showed up on the left side of the screen. I’m still waiting for LG technician run the diagnostics on my new television. I would appreciate if Best Buy would assist me in this matter.

I felt the picture wasn’t as good as it should’ve been for a name brand. I returned and got the 43 inch Insignia and I am happier with gaming, tv and movies. Bought another one for my son for Christmas because he liked it better also.

Not even a month into owning this TV, major problem. Won't shut off, with either the remote or the power button on the TV. Passed the 2-week return window with Best Buy, now I am stuck trying to get LG to fix or replace it.

I purchased the install package with delivery of my new TV. That was 1/9. it's now 1/24 ... after three cancelations and a re-schedule I continue to wait for for delivery and install. I guess I should have done it myself.

The TV’s screen was totally broken. It was really certified but to go to the dumpster. Please be more careful when you sell an open-box product. It supposed to be like new by its price but it was very disapointing instead.
