Purchased on sale for about $40 less than regular price. Process to buy and pick up was very easy. I have had it for one day. So far my only complaint is the size of the buttons on the remote. Some of the buttons are too small for a normal finger size to operate. Almost need a stylus to use the remote.

I wright this a warning if you buy this TV be warned it has no Bluetooth or Head Phone Jack, and the box that the TV came in said it did, I would not count to heavily on BestBuy they will stick to there 15 day policy and they may or may not help up to a manager as off the writing this review I have still not heard back, so if you want to buy a expensive tv with out Bluetooth or head phone jack then go ahead and consider this tv, but watch the calendar because they will not stray past there 15 day return policy

This TV had a just OK picture, no matter what setting. The sound was just OK too. The biggest surprise and disappointment is that it does NOT support all apps like HBOMax!!! I was under the impression that all Smart TVs supported all apps....but noooooo. So, buyer beware. I returned the next day after discovering this, so I had it a total of 6 days. Bought the TCL 50" 4K Android. Amazing picture and sound, plus supports all apps.

No HBO Max

Would have been nice to know that LG smart TVs don’t support several apps I use for streaming. No HBO Max and no Discovery+. Probably just going to return it since those are the two I use the most. Tv also default to obnoxious static screen when not using an app. App Store is not very user friendly and difficult to navigate.

Wish I bought the Samsung version.. my uhd movies aren’t playing back UHD on amazon so now I need to buy an UHD fire stick & hope it works? It’s just overall becoming frustrating. Imo spend a little
More & get the Samsung version or If you are a fan of the movie avatar or other 3D movies get an OLED version !

I bought this Tv under the assumption that it would be of high quality, considering LG is one of the industry leaders and 4k is supposedly 4 times the resolution of the other tvs I own. Sadly, this tv has horrible quality. Worse than my 2010 panasonic, which I bought before 4k even existed. I don’t know how this tv is considered UHD, the picture lacks any sharpness, letters on the screen look pixelated, the black isn’t dark at all, and colors are pretty dull. Even my cheap non-4k Westinghouse looks better. I will be returning this- DO NOT BUY

Every few minutes the picture blurs. I've purchased LG before and I have always been happy. This is disappointing. Now I have to pack the thing up and take it back. A real inconvenience. Is the one I have flawed? I'd like the same tv but not if it's going to blur like this. It's awful. I like the set up , how the apps are and all that but blur can't be overlooked

Garbage just like anything else you buy from best buy. Multiple sofrware issues and geek squad assistance is non existant. Plus the week the warranty is up ot will start giving you MAJOR problems. Save the headache and stay away fromALL best buy purchases.
