    The new TV works great and exactly as advertised. We had a problem with shipping (it was delivered with a hole in the screen). I took it up to the store and 15 minutes later walked out with a new one! Service was great and efficient! Got it home, plugged it in, followed the directions provided with it, and was watching the new TV within 20 minutes. It is a replacement for an older model that finally reached it's end of life and this one is working just fine!
