    I got this to replace a CRT HDTV in a brightly-lit living room, so the IPS panel was a primary feature for me. It doesn't get quite as bright as I would like, but it's still very good. The viewing angles are excellent. For a thin TV, the speakers are actually quite nice and I don't feel the need to get a soundbar.

    The TV works excellent. It is thicker than some of the more expensive TV's that I have purchased in the past but they were only 1080p and were not smart TV's. There is a slight glare depending how many windows you might have present in the room. Overall I recommend the TV. It has Apple Airplay 2, Works with Google assistant and Alexa, and has a 60hz refresh rate.
