We have this one hanged between the kitchen and the living room. It does the job. the colors are al little washed out compare to an OLED or our NANO Cell in the game room, but this is great. Not so much lag, but I have experience some black screens with the PS4 Pro.

Disappointed the apps aren’t as good as Samsung. Cant download HBO Max or Apple TV. The color is a bit hard to dial to get the appropriate colors. Overall I’d suggest the Samsung equivalent.
