I went to a lot of trouble shopping, waiting for delivery, unboxing, mounting, and connecting this thing, and it worked beautifully for 15 MINUTES. Then the screen turned black with flickering colorful stripes and it’s done. The Geek Squad protection I purchased was entirely useless. No one is coming to my house to repair or replace it. I spent 45 minutes on the phone back and forth to different departments and the best they can do is email a return label. Instead of hanging out watching my new TV now, I’m disconnecting, unmounting, and reboxing the 43” LG and setting back up the old 20” Samsung it was supposed to replace. Now I need wine.

At the top center of the screen, it looked as if the frame had been placed on top of a curtain with a dropped down crinkle. This was a gift to one of our children so it was frustrating that we could not just get a replacement. These have been out of stock for weeks.
