    Poor sound & hard to navigate

    Took about 4 weeks to get TV (probably due to pandemic) & get set up. Terrible sound had to spend another $150 for a sound bar. Then there were no HDMI cables in the box, salesman never told us we would need them & here it is 6:36 pm & our Best Buy is closed. Disappointed all the way through process!

    Will never buy a TV from company again for the simple reason your sales man told me I could used my bracket on the wall for the new TV and it was definitely not true

    When we opened the box the screen was shattered. We returned it to the store. They were out of stock on this model so we replaced it with a very nice Sony.

    I had to wait a few weeks to unpack my TV because of vacation. When I took it out of the box, the screen was BROKEN!

    Was excited to get this TV, but has proven to be stubborn and frustrating. When it works, picture is great. Unfortunately, lag time to access smart functions and buffering make this a dud. Have tried wired and wireless to no avail. Entry level TV with less than entry level performance.

    This TV has a nice picture. And sound quality is good. Do not use this for streaming it is constantly cutting out. If I use a roku with the TV it works just fine but the tv itself is awful. The TV did not come with instructions as to how to set up the TV to the wireless cable so that took me a while to figure out. Not a good purchase and will not recommend.
