    Overall the performance of the product is good but as I purchased the open box item in that the screws were missing so I'm giving the 4 stars only.

    I like this TV. It's my 2nd LG. Sometimes there is a sound issue, but I'm not sure if it's the tv, my internet, or the channel.

    The TV received via UPS was damaged. Took it immediately to my store and exchanged it. No issues Great for the bedroom

    For the price the display itself if good however the TV UI is a strong shortcoming for the overall experience of using the TV. If, possible use a roku, firestick, or game console for media.

    Would give this 3.5 out of 5 stars. My biggest problem is the poor contrast; blacks look grey, especially if watching in a dark room. Otherwise it's a decent TV. Not going to blow anybody's mind, but it gets the job done.
