    Very nice tv in this price range. Wish the feet were not as far apart. Had to buy a separate stand for in to fit on my tv cabinet, otherwise would give 5 stars.

    Replacing my TV, and the installation was one of the easiest things I have done in a long time. I don't buy many electronics but when I do, I will be a Best Buy loyalist.

    The TV is slow. The quality is perfect, but it takes time to open anything. I like the LG channels, tho.

    I had a horrible customer service experience. I bought this TV and it was supposed to be deliver the very next day. They use Shipt as a delivery option. I got an update saying they picked up the item at 1:40pm. Now the item was being delivered as a gif tot a person that lives about 30mintues from pick up spot. I ended up having to contact best buy agent because now its 8pm and there's still no TV delivered. The agent told me that by 10pm they still do deliver to homes and that if I don't get anything by 10pm to then contact best buy the next day to let them find solution. They also said I should be expecting delay delivers because its around the holidays however its the company's responsibility to let the customer know that and to have a better tacking system of where their packages go after pick up. Where was the TV for 11 hours? After waiting literally all day and night. The person I was gifting the TV to went to sleep after 10pm. I also was a sleep, but when I woke up the next day to a message saying that the TV was dropped off at 12:11 at night. Now the TV was left outside their house all night on the stoop where anyone can drive by and grab it (also making them a target for robbery around the holidays)or the damage from weather was now a factor (cold and rainy). I contacted best buy again to seek help on what to do because 1. its a gift and out of my hands & 2. this in unexpectable. Basically their answer was to have the person I gifted the item to return it them selves or let their IT come to their house (that not something I can decide , plus who wants to wait around again for more of a inconvenient situation ). I asked if they could honor and add the protection plan on to the TV now that it wasn't handled or stored right due to their end, they said no that they wouldn't be able to give away anything for free. I think they should of offered some compensation back even sell it now as an open box item. This was a horrible experience and if by chance anyone else orders a TV online, don't have them ship it because they don't take any responsibility if something happens they just tell you to return it. I spoke to two agents and a corporate agent that all just kept passing me on to someone else to talk to. As far as the TV it self goes, I'm not sure how it is but the handling of it was very poor so I wouldn't be surprised if they run into issues.

    Very helpful young lady, I know I'm a boomer, made a quick trip of a TV purchase. My first streaming experience with a Roku device and everything works seamlessly.

    This is, in my opinion, a pretty good tv. I don't think that it is exceptional is any way. The picture is good, but not very bright.

    The only way you see true color is if you're looking straight at the TV. If you're at any sort of angle, people look completely anemic. Also, it takes a while to start up and the NAV is not very intuitive. And the remote control is designed very awkwardly. Most of the keys you want to use are at the bottom which makes using your thumb very difficult. On an up note, the two gentlemen who installed it were very professional.

    We bought this for placement in our cabana but the space we were using was too small for this tv. We returned it for a smaller tv.

    This TV replaced a 10 year old Sony in our spare bedroom. It’s fine, but I wasn’t as impressed with the picture quality as expected. I’ve tried changing the settings and it still doesn’t look as good as the Samsung in our main bedroom. If it wasn’t for the spare bedroom, I would have returned. I do recognize that it’s not top of the line, but still a bit disappointed.

    So far, so good. I had a little trouble finding the sleep timer. I'm not sure if there is a quick button for it. My old lg had a button that says sleep.
