    Where do I begin? It took 6 times for this item to be completed and hanging on my wall 6 times. Why because BB is using 3rd party service folks who are not smart folks. They did not show up 3 they puncture the TV one time and I had to wait 10 days for another company to come out and guess what he didn't have the right wall mount and didn't know how to hang the TV!!! This guy who looked no more than 19 years old came out to finally hang the TV after 6x and he called his supervisor on facetime to give him step by step instructions. It still doesn't look like its attached right! I got so upset I refused to reinstate my Greek Squad services, why pay for a service that I wasn't getting! You would think after buying,2 TVS, a sound system, iPad and surround system they would offer to just renew my services for free! They didn't and offered me a $100.00 gift card that took 2 months to come!!! I don't know what happened to BB over the years but it BAD! Not to mentioned the time I lost at work waiting for no shows to show!!!!
