    The tv arrived and we were in the middle of a mild refresh so it was left boxed for almost 2 weeks, once the new mount was installed we opened the tv up only to discover that it had shattered, we assumed during shipping and we know the tv was not moved, bumped or otherwise messed with. However, due to Best Buy’s abbreviated return window we were told they’d be unable to fix the damage even after explaining that 1/2 of the packing foam was missing upon opening the box. Luckily the store manager was sympathetic and we were able to exchange it for an unbroken unit. Happy ever since.
