    Remote control that comes with the TV is difficult to use. Very cheap. Company wants you to buy a 30 dollar remote to upgrade

    It is a nice tv but the clarity isnt great. From my experience Samsung has the best tvs for me that wont break the bank. Insignia isnt bad for the price.

    I was not explained clearly that if I have used 3 months trial period before for Apple TV I cannot use another 3 months

    As a TV this is great, but I bought it to be a web-connected smart tv. First one I bought wouldn’t stay connected to wifi. Exchanged for another one during the 15-day return window. One month later, now the replacement won’t connect to wifi. In Network Settings it says it’s connected, but apps tell me there is no connection. I’m now using an old Fire TV stick that connects just fine. Salesperson talked me into buying this LG, saying it’s the better value at this price point. Wish I’d bought a Samsung…

    It actually wasn't as good as I thought it was. It stopped working after a few months and had to downgrade to a lower quality tv

    The operating system is horrifically poor and slow. TV constantly gets knocked off WIFI (other tvs I have had never had this problem. The LG app does not work to the level as advertised. Stay away from this TV. Far away.

    Side by side with the CU7000, this lg didnt hold up. Returned for for the samsung CU7000. Truly impressed with the samsung!

    The TV was hard to setup. I'm used to plugging in and adding Directv with no issues. The tv overall has a beautiful screen.

    This I have had a hard time getting some apps to download to the tv have to use ps5 for those app my other tv no problem over all good tv

    The TV shuts off in the middle of show. When we go to antenna we get black screen. It doesn't do it all the time.
