Slow and glitchy

The wifi connection drops even though my phone sitting next to it has a strong signal. While navigating the webos menu is like using a old windows 95 computer. Press a button on the remote wait 3 seconds for the tv to respond. This tv requires an external streaming device or it will drive you insane how bad it is.

Get what you paid for

Older guy, didn't really want to help me and ended up just walking away randomly. Bought it anyway in a hurry and that was on me. Should have just bought another Vizio. It turns on randomly during the day to some random show, the picture is periodically blurry and the sound doesn't get very loud. Very disappointed.

MISTAKE

The remote is very slow or doesn't work, and the batteries are new!! The wifi receiption is poor and often requires resetting the TV. All of my other devices work fine on this wifi network.

Pour color quality

When watching an HGTV show for example, when showing a tile on a wall or a color of paint on a wall it is difficult to tell the true color. Some colors are darker, while others, are washed out. Still, bold colors look faded.

As a computer monitor, there is noticeable lag from the mouse, and videos are not in sync with the audio (i.e., the lips of people on the video do not align with the audio). These are known issues that the Best Buy technicians did not mention to me before purchasing.
