    Very slow processing and glitchy. Does not respond to remote very well. Does not play over the air tv often and takes forever to load anything from apps to antenna tv. Poor sound quality. Very disappointed in the purchase.

    I bought an LG tv at their Williamsburg, VA store. After 20 days the HDMI1 stopped showing content. I called the cable company, who came to the house. Their connections were fine. They said there's a fault in the television itself. When I went back to Best Buy, they said the warranty only lasts 15 days, and I had the TV for 21 days, so there is nothing they can do. I said any honest supplier has at least a 30 day warranty. They don't. They recommended I get another tv. :-( I walked out, never will come back to Best Buy

    My wife and I are deaf. We wanted a new TV to replace our old one. We did look at the TV and it was really impressive. BUT we need to take a look at the captioning. Most TV have different style of captioning. The salespeople told us they could not turn on the captioning for a serious reason. We did not buy their explanation. So we need has to go to several stores to see the captioning. We found one store and they showed us the captioning. We like it! BUT the store was more expensive. We ordered online and came to pick it up.

    Didn’t work, never would connect to Wi-Fi or link up and don’t waste your time trying to get help from bestbuy, you’ll spend countless times calling and being on hold till you either give up or they’ll not offer any tech support to resolve your issues. But they’ll sell you, take your money and swear “it’ll hook right up” “it’s so easy, just plug it in”. Lol I have had so many issues with things like this tv, and after 3 or 4 weeks! Still no credit back when you try and return their purchase.

    Muttled picture isn't very bright, even on the vivid setting. I replaced a Panasonic plasma that I bought in 2006. This isnt anywhere near the quality. The sound is ok, not as rich of a tone as the previous tv but not bad. This is my first LED tv so I wasnt sure what to expect.

    Haven’t been able to use the tv because it came with no cords, & no remote. It is also cracked either from Best Buy, their warehouse, or the delivery company. It’s cracked from the very top of the screen comes down makes like a u and goes back up to the top of the screen. Since it was a Christmas gift for my daughter and I bought ahead of time Best Buy won’t honor there is warranty. They want me to go through LG which is BS! They should come get it and bring me one that’s not broke and has everything that goes to the tv. 1st horrible thing experience with Best Buy

    After owning for less than two months (purchase 12/6/22), the picture went out on the TV. Screen lights up, but stays black and can hear audio of the show. LG support has been terrible. They sent links to several troubleshooting videos that have nothing to do with the issue and then had a person texting me for info. After thinking we were getting somewhere (asked for address and pictures of the TV), the person stopped texting or responding at all. Sent an email to customer support a week ago and nothing. LG is usually a great brand, but their warranty service is terrible.

    Tv Remote layout is so stupid. This is meant for one to buy another hands free remote. Ausio amd screen is great but unless you have a dedicated made to switch tv functions for you like the Clintons, this is for you

    Worst purchase I have ever made! Buffers every 5 minutes after first hour on youtube. Worst design of a remote since 1985! "Man hands not compatible". Extremely slow. I thought I was upgrading from a cheaper brand, but that was a mistake. Horrible layout, took 6 hours to set up my channels and apps. My family room LG is 12 years old and is perfect, this company has really fallen down!

    Bought TV based on picture quality we saw in store. Delivered TV picture was darker, even with brightness all the way on 100. Returned the TV and exchanged for another brand.
