Screensaver option sucks

Called Lg and they said theres no way to turn off screensaver so I returned it and bought a Samsung.

Don’t recommend

I’ll be surprised if it’s intact in a week. Its legs are for decorative purposes only - Tv just rests on the legs. If you bump the furniture it on or you try to turn it on from the unit, if you animal bumps it or your child, it toppled. The legs don’t actually attach. It’s insane. My TV is meant sit atop a credenza I purchased specifically to set the TV, but the credenza has doors for storage but I can’t open them or the TV will topple. It’s insane.

Privacy infringement

LG is encroaching on customers privacy. Once you buy this product LG has no say on what I install or watch on my TV. If I compare the TV with Sony, I would go with Sony.

Not worth the price

Waste of Money

It will not stay connected to the Wi-Fi no matter what you do. To be fair, the TV will stay connected to the Wi-Fi approximately 20-25 % of the time. The rest of the time you will spend watching it buffer, logging into the Wi-Fi - you have to keep entering your password, and troubleshooting/resetting the TV and your Internet.

It is absolute junk, and will stop working after one month. If you live in Williston perhaps Best Buy would offer a replacement. If you live out of town, you’re out of luck. I can’t review LG products in general, but I can say that this is the worst tv I’ve ever purchased. There’s no way to give a zero star rating

Didn't have options I was looking for

Huge let down

When I asked where the remote, tv box, power cable, tv stands, and manual was she replied that this tv doesn't come with any of those. I immediately returned it.

Going to try to return even though I am a week outside of the ridiculous 15 day return window. Have cheap insignia Fire TV’s that are twice as far away from the router that easily connect and have zero issues. This thing, constant on and off and resets to connect to the same network. Just totally unacceptable in the age of WiFi and smart TV’s. Buy the cheap one unless you are using only for a video game console or other means to watch tv.

Best Buy has terrible customer service

After scheduling a delivery time for this tv and another one, with a window of 11am-3pm. the driver showed up at 10 pm with only one tv. They have offered compensation of $100.00 for wasting my time. Two weeks later it is not on my account.

Terrible TV

I have spent countless hours on the phone on hold with LG and their only remedy is to send a tech out. I attempted to click on the link that LG texted to my phone, to make an appointment and that didnt work.....I just bought this tv a few weeks ago from a Best Buy Outlet
