Don't trust what Best Buy advertises
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased this "open box" in "excellent condition" per the website. It was "Geek Squad" verified. Per the website, excellent condition comes with original packing and all original parts. We drove out of our way to get it and they brought out a TV in bubble wrap. No box, no remote, no stand, and no instructions. Per Best Buy, these things were supposed to come with it. It was a total sham.

TV was broken when I plugged it in

Screen was cracked upon plugging it in and turning it on. Put back in the box and returned to store on Tuesday when I was free. Was totally humiliated by the staff at the store who refused to help me or give me a refund. Out $300!! Will NEVER SHOP AT BEST BUY AGAIN!! Tried uploading a pic I took of the screen but that isn’t working either!

Poor over the air tuner

Do not purchase this

It started lagging and freezing last week when I would try to change the channel or open an application, and turned off. Now it will not even turn on. Unacceptable that this would happen.

blue tinted screen guarantee

This model being one of 2 I've bought from LG all had the same fate. Save yourself the headache, buy anything else.

RETURN TV

Black screen but still have sound

Bummed its expensive and not a good TV
