No sleep times button on remote, have to go into settings everytime which is very inconvenient.

LG Op System is Disappointing.

The picture is good and set was easy to set up, but the LG operating system is much weaker then the Samsung and Sony op systems. Some apps, such as PBS Passport, cannot be loaded without buying a separate adaptor, which defeats the purpose of buying a “smart” TV. Definitely won’t purchase another LG so long as LG retains its proprietary operating system.

A very big difference going from a 34" Samsung to this 43" LG. The LG TV has a better picture and the sound is much clearer. I will now be an LG buyer from now on! A Great TV!

Best Buy & LG Went the extra mile!

There was an issue with the remote. The manager at Best Buy, I believe Erin was her name, she took care of it no problem… Another reason I continue to frequent Best Buy, tough to beat on the spot same day service for sure!
