BB sales person was amazing helping us find the right TV, it fit perfectly in the slot, and the screen is perfect. Very clear and bright picture and was very easy to install. We have it plugged into a simple sound bar to enhance the sound.

There are no other devices connected to it. This makes it impractical for a 98 year old who just wants the TV to turn on and immediately go the cable box. We've tried removing the wifi, and other suggestions found online, but nothing seems to work. Our other LG TVs have not displayed this irritating feature.

Perfect Basic Television

This was perfect. No nonsense remote that is easy to use and understand. Setting up out of the box was a breeze for me. Very happy all around

We needed a tv to not serve as a room's focal point. Picture is sharp. Sound is impressive for our space. But we're trying to figure out a wifi lag and sometimes "no signal" that we don't experience with another 65" tv that was in the same place and is still in another room in the house without lag...not sure it's related.

This 4k TV has a great picture. One optical out is fine for my needs. Don't forget to enable 4K on this TV. For some reason, some manufacturers, like LG, have 4K disabled from the factory. Overall, a very good 4K TV for the price.
