The buttons are all crammed together, and the directional controls are easy to miss if your fingers are big like mine or watch in a dark room

Now wonder why I waited so long, it’s great! Glad I bought it from Best Buy, they set it up and took the old one away. I bought the Geek service and it’s wonderful knowing I can call them anytime.

Color is perfect out of the box. The only thing I have noticed is that when you change channels like in Hulu it comes in fuzzy for like 5 seconds then gets completely clear. I can live with it.

My last one laster maybe 7 years so compared to that one this is good. Too many apps when I turn it on, has to be a way to “favorite” some. The volume isn’t great and I have to log into youtubetv like every time I want to use it- quite bothersome. I mean it was inexpensive so it works good enough.
