The picture quality is excellent …almost as good as the LG. We bought a few months ago a 43 inch which was much more expensive (3x the price) and supposedly a much better product. I’m not looking at them side-by-side, but for my general viewing, this is a great buy!

Purchased a LG 43-inch television sales person was helpful respectful courteous was the only one left with open box which he explained to me in detail great picture so far does the job and that's all I can ask for thank you Best buy!!

So far, so good. Clear, crisp picture. Set up is not the easiest, very time consuming ( at least for me). Still not sure I have it right. Right now, everything is working well.

I have gone through a few different brands of tvs. Lg is one of the best ones.

I went from an old TV I got 8 years ago and let me tell you, the options of apps is great! Quality is amazing, this was a great purchase!

Great open box tv for the price, looks like someone drug it down the road behind a truck but the picture is great.

LG system hard to get use to after fire t.v. Remote is very confusing . Too many buttons with no directions in manual. On line instructions don't seem to exist. Poke and hope I guess.

I’m pleased with this purchase. I have an LG tv already and that is what prompted me to purchase again. LG gives the quality I like. Ordering online for curbside pick up was easy and my order was ready when I arrived.

The picture on this lg tv is great. Set up was a little time consuming and the limited app selection is disappointing but the price and picture more than make up for it.

Great picture! Did need to purchase a sound bar as the tv sound isn’t the greatest, but I think that is the case with most tvs these days.

Anazing improvements in quality in just a couple of years since our orevious LG. This was a replacement after a lightning strike. Easy to set up but does take some time so plan accordingly.

Works amazing. It was a great replacement for the old TV that we had. I really like the smart features. It is a little laggy, and I wish it came with a magic remote, but over all I'm pleased

Good quality TV for the money. Easy to set up and using it to stream all TV, good picture and sound for all programs. Strong recommendation!!

It’s definitely cheap. The stand pieces - they are made wrong with the shorter ends at the back instead of the front. The tv should tip forward a little bit not backwards. The sound is inconsistent. You can only view from straight on. Straight on is beautiful though. The remote is ridiculous. Buttons so small. And the Home Screen for your apps is really backwards. Also, app options super tiny. I wish I would have shopped around more. But it was inexpensive and I am impulsive.

Upgraded my daughters TV and she is very pleased with it. Picture is a great upgrade from her 10 yr old TV and she has access to a lot more apps.

Bought this TV as a gift for my dad. The picture quality and sound is great. It was easy to set up and connected to our Bluetooth speakers with no problem.

This LED TV is a good value of quality at an in-between size for those of us that don't have large spaces for the BIG TVs This is my second LG LED TV that I purchased and are very happy with both
