Have been very happy with picture and sound quality. Only complaint is the sleep time is buried in the menus that makes it a pain to get to every time.

She had a time with it for awhile but now she has gotten the hang of it. She loves it now but also has a hate for it sometimes too.

I will say the volume grade is very weird, 12 is sometimes just right, sometimes to quiet. And it goes up fast. no perceptible lag in picture from TV.

You will definitely not need a sound bar with this tv! The picture is good. Viewing angles could be a bit better but it’s not terrible! Overall satisfied with the tv!

From choosing the tv to its installation and acquiring Hulu, we had an efficient, professional, and altogether pleasant experience. Sean and Brie had our tv and Hulu up and running in no time. They showed us exactly what to do and how to do it to operate our new tv and to tune into Hulu. We are very pleased. One thing, however…we have not received a bill! Could be Virginia’s problematic mail service.
