    This monitor is big, crisp and clear, and thin. Great in pretty much every way except for the part where you might want it to actually work. The monitor started to randomly go black while I was using it and would not turn back on. I confirmed it was the monitor and not the laptop(s) or the HDMI cable. The monitor would display nothing even though the power was on and the power light indicated that it was not in sleep mode. This all happened 2 days after the 30 day return period ended, so Best Buy would not take it back and I had to contact HP directly for warranty service. Now I have to wait for their box and shipping label to send it back. In the meantime I have work to do and have to go out and buy another monitor so I can get things done. What a hassle and a big disappointment.
