Fine television- everything I expected. But my gripe is not specific to this brand or model- there are no instructions provided with the TV. I just wanted some basic guidance on connecting to the WiFi. (Which is why I bought a new TV.) Rather than searching online, I just did trial and error until I figured it out.

I bought this TV for my Mom's bedroom. I have two LG Tvs in my house and they have been the best brand experience for me so far compared to Samsung and Vizio. My Mom is loving it so far.

The quality of the picture is not sharp enough. I saw another tv with sharper picture that I may buy. Which mean I will have to return this one. Also, the remote has way to many buttons close together.

It works great, love the webos cause i can go on the web browser on the tv. Also you can get the magic remote and works great with it. When you connect a game to it it will automatically change to game mode.

Wanted an expensive 4K TV to replace my 1080p LG in my home office. The LG 43UQ75 has not disappointed. Great display with vivid colors. WebOS interface is intuitive and smooth. I definitely recommend this TV to anyone looking for a great TV at a reasonable price.

The LG tv works well with clarity and brightness. However, the points of connectivity were lacking for the vcr and dvd player. This unit replaced my dumb LG tv. The Invicta store brand had more ports. Still, I am satisfied with the product and the knowledgeable, helpful staff of Best Buy.

Meh, everytime I turn the tv on it takes a couple minutes to load the home screen. I watch streaming channels more than cable and this TV doesn't have some of the streaming channels my old roku tv had. I guess it's because LG's WebOS isn't licensed to run some streaming channels. Which I wish I knew beforehand but live and learn. The remote is way too small for the number of buttons they have on it so if you have fingers bigger than a stylus tip it can get really frustrating for example when you accidentally hit "home" over and over while trying to hit the up arrow button. I'm going to buy another roku tv I think. I will keep this and put it in a guest room but I really do not like this tv at all. But for less than $300 it is what it is.

I'm very pleased with my purchase and with the service the Geek squad provided. The gentleman was on time, professional and patient while teaching me some of the functions.

I got lucky and paid for a open box TV and they gave me a brand new one TV is fantastic. It works great.

The TV has a good clear picture, however there are times when I turn on the TV there is no sound. I have to unplug the TV and plug it back in, in order to get the sound to work.
