Sound is low but can be adjusted using the setting to get acceptable volume. You really, really need to play around with this or find detailed instructions so you can maximize the benefits. Oh, I had a terrible experience at this Best Buy which used to be the very best. My TV was damaged and basically the manager accused me of causing it. "Out of the goodness of his heart" he allowed me to exchange it for the same model which did work. But very insulting and unpleasant. I will try not to buy there again.

Ask me after a couple of years use and you may or may not get a better review .

My only complaint is that they don't put a pedestal on most sizes anymore; instead, two stands. This can be a problem if your putting your TV on a stand. It may not fit on the stand. Otherwise, great TV!

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.for a smart tv, i thought i was upgrading from my insignia. absolutely not. this tv has connectivity issues 75% of the time. the remote buttons never work properly. ive never had connectivity issues with my insignia. its only been a few months with this tv and it is my biggest regret of a purchase. buy something else. its not worth the headache to turn on and get one of the apps to work.

Nice picture if you are watching from directly in front. The more off to the side you are the picture gets very light. For a small room seated directly in front of tv picture is fine

I sit on the recliner part of my sofa at night, and the color is not as sharp as viewing tv at center of sofa. Not sure why this happens?

Although I haven't tried multi person online games yet..
