    We had to return this TV. We did not like the magic remote. But the bigger issue was that the TV just didn't work. It seemed to have a very difficult time connecting to wifi. It took several minutes for streaming channels to load. When streaming channels finally loaded they would often be distorted. Returned this TV and bought a more basic version of an LG TV. The more basic one works great.

    A little difficult to set up with no online instructions. Called LG who helped. Still haven't set up remote controls. It will require a sound bar add-on.

    That was perfect for your daughter. We bought this so she could have some privacy, but we still monitor what she watches. Excellent set.
