    Really wanted to like this TV as I have had success with LG previously. This particular model is very cumbersome to navigate picture and sound quality. Unless you are viewing straight on, the picture is lousy, washed out, too bright. Awful, really. Adjust the picture is just crazy bad. If you get it right, the next time you turn it on, back to making adjustments. Advanced settings are no help. Sound it worse on all settings as well as using the Advanced Settings. LG Online help is no help, very generic and no details. Remote control navigation is clumsy,

    Purchased 2 of these tvs for our bedrooms. One works great. The other after 2 weeks began flickering and the screen began to crack in the corner emitting extreme heat. Contacted Best Buyand were told since we were just out of the 2 week return window, literally, we needed to contact LG for any concerns. We are now dealing with LG directly to repair. LG states they do not replace defective TVs, they only repair them so now we are waiting on a replacement screen. Very unhappy with LG as a product and unhappy with Best Buy and their lack of support

    Not for wi-fi or streaming

    This is the worst TV I have ever owned. Even though it claims to be "smart" it is not suited for use on wi-fi or with steaming/apps. We tried hooking it up to ethernet but it's still laggy, crashes constantly and freezes and it's just progressively gotten worse to the point where it's not usable. Can't even use it for gaming because, half the time, it wont recognize that it's hooked up to thre console. We used to love LG but this is pathetic.

    TV for the most part is fine. Only gripes is that the screen goes black every time I turn it on for about 10 seconds. And the tv takes too long to update. But I also got a non top of the line, inexpensive tv. But it’s my basement tv, so it’s doing it’s job.

    Must look directly at screen in order to have a clear picture. Complicated picture and sound adjustment. Would not purchase this particular brand again.

    Tv is a good price but it has too many faults. 1st the remote does not work properly, 2nd the tv is constantly dropping the internet connection, 3rd the tv has such a slow processors it takes forever to do anything just to name a few things. I do not recommend.
