Potentially good but has bright screen spots

Looks terrible during dark scenes or when a move doesn’t fill the screen. Of course it starts happening after my return period is over.

There to many adjustments and I've tried them all trying to get a sharp crisp picture to no avail. The manual that comes with it doesn't list all the settings it has, went on line and the same thing.Will be returning to the store for refund.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I paid for an open-box geek squad excellent condition unit, I recieved an open-box tv with someone else's information still logged in to the apps (hulu, netflix, etc.) and the TV was missing the mounting screws so I had to go purchase them from a local HW store. The tv is slow and non responsive, picture is not great and brightness level is not good enough. I would avoid this tv and buying open box items from best buy.

Real Slow bad quality

Best Buy Will Not Return Damaged TV

Good little deal here

The picture quality is good as is the sound. The price was within my budget. I think the major brand names are really similar in quality in this category so the choice is hard, but I would buy the LG again.

First smart purchase

The LG channels, instead of network stations, the remote is more like a computer mouse. The setup was easy and the picture and sound are quite nice.
