Was indicated it was in stock at one store, we got there, had trouble getting someone to help us. Finally asked a young gentleman who went above and beyond to help us. Come to find out it was his first or second day on the job and not his department. He really made things right. Called to find our item at another store and arranged for us to be able to pick it up 15 minutes later.

I just wish it came with documentation more than how to hook it up and how to turn it on. It has absolutely phenomenal capabilities but learning how to use them is a matter of many web searches. And because this is a new model this year, some of what you find on line is old and basically just points you in the right direction. There is a very detailed “Owner’s manual” available on line, but you might need to take some engineering classes to follow it.

I had to unplug the tv for a few minutes and plug it back in for it to work again. Second problem occurred two days later where all of a sudden the LG remote no longer worked with my firetv stick. Next problem, the tv doesn't stay on the Home Screen. It keeps going back to my Firetv home screen even after I press the button for the home screen for the tv. Just goes back to the Firetv screen. Fourth problem, my echo dot which I had paired with my tv all of a sudden didn't work anymore and I can't get it to work again. This tv is a nightmare. Im returning this ASAP
