Purchased Jan 10, 2023 so I e had a year with it. The only con I can give it is the remote. The remote is fine, I would just recommend the magic remote with the pointer on screen. It’s a lot easier to get what you want. 10/10 though on everything else

The sales person showed me the differences between that one and the LG as they were both on display and working. My old tv was an LG so I knew it was a good tv. The picture quality between the two was surprising so I opted to get the LG. It cost a little more but for the quality I’m glad the sales person showed me the differences or I’m sure I would have been very unhappy. A thumbs up for the sales people.

Picture was way bright with too much contrast and sharpness from factory. Faces originally looked like weird plastic and clothing colors practically jumped off the screen. Wi_Fi connectivity, apps, over-the-air channels, and upscaling functions are all very good. The only real complaint is the remote's scroll wheel/enter button is way too sensitive to movement. Makes it difficult to make a selection because when one presses the "button" to select an item, it has a tendency to move the scroll function also as you press. This can cause something other than what you expected to happen.

Image quality is astounding, easy connectivity, and a lot of great programming options to choose from that I have only barely begun to enjoy and explore. Perfect size for setting atop my dresser. Paired this with my latest addition Apple TV 4K and the picture quality is amazing. Great price point for a feature rich high quality TV. Very happy with this purchase. Oh, and I was amazed at the sound quality and the volume that can be reached with the built in speakers.

I cannot believe the quality and what it does with everything that I used to do all the stuff that I need to do I can say in my remote control shut off the TV, I can’t believe what it does. It’s everything I need and more. Picture quality was better than I expected. I was deciding between a tv and an Amazon echo since both were around the same price and went with the bigger screen. When playing with the remote I noticed the Amazon Alexa button so now I use it as an echo as well. Win win!

It was easy to set up and has good picture quality (no gaming). Had almost all steaming service apps included (no Fire Stick needed). We are very happy with the purchase for the class of TVs it is a part of and intended usage.
