Horrible OS

It doesn’t prioritize the apps that you use. It is not user friendly or user intuitive. Obviously who ever developed it never actually used it. The app takes forever for the voice feature to come on line and I had to buy a different remote for an additional $40.00 to use it. That was also not noted on the package or by the person that sold it to me. While it claimed to have that feature when I bought it. It also doesn’t support Alexa as advertised. Also a short power glitch resets the TV while my other TVs stay online. I would have returned it but I have it in my RV and I went on the road a few days after I bought it. I will not buy another LG TV.
