    I could not get this TV to sync with my sound bar via optic cable. This TV does not have bluetooth capabilities. So the sound bar went back to Best Buy.

    purchased for bedroom, not pleased with the sound quality has a vibrating sound in the next room which is the bathroom not able to understand what is being said while tv is on. purchased one in the past for the family room but not the same sound effect

    Overall I was not impressed with customer service ( 20 plus yrs restaurant management and 20 yrs in retail ) I was greeted at the door but from there all went down hill _ I realize it's a outlet store but customer service is customer. So far the product I purchased is working well and I do feel I got a good bargain.

    So far, good product with nice display. Reasonable price, easy assembly. Only downside was that the initial setup was a bit time consuming especially with the software update. Also note that like most newer TVs this does not have a 3.5mm audio jack, just the optical one. I do recommend it if you get it on sale.
